1. Why Carbon Fiber Telescopic Pole Beats Aluminum Pole on an Array
Three technical differences matter in the field.
Weight — over 50% lighter. Carbon fiber composite weighs roughly half what an equivalent aluminum pole does. On a 5.5 m pole, that’s the difference between managing the tool and fighting it. Lighter means longer productive sessions, fewer breaks, and less fatigue-driven sloppiness on the last rows.
Stiffness — minimal deflection at height. This is the one that decides cleaning quality. Aluminum poles bend as they extend; the longer the pole, the more the bow. That bow changes the brush angle against the panel — and a brush that isn’t flat against the glass doesn’t clean evenly.
A carbon fiber pole holds its form at full extension. The brush stays flat. The pass is consistent from the first panel to the last.
Fatigue life — no permanent bend. Aluminum dents. Once dented, it bends — and a bent telescopic pole never extends straight again. Carbon fiber composites resist permanent deformation and hold their geometry through thousands of extension cycles.
Add corrosion resistance: no oxidation, no reaction with deionized water, no degradation from UV exposure.
2. Why There’s a Minimum Order of 10
We’d rather explain this clearly than hide it behind “contact us.”
Carbon fiber pole sections aren’t stocked like aluminum tubes. Each custom pole requires:
Tube sourcing in carbon composite — bought in batches, not piece by piece
Section sizing to your specified length — carbon tubes are cut and fitted to specification
Locking mechanism assembly — clamps and joints rated for the load
Set-up and material costs spread across the order. At 10 units, the per-pole price makes sense for both sides. Below 10, the tooling and sourcing overhead makes a one-off pole cost more than a finished brush system.
So: 10 units minimum. That’s the line where custom carbon becomes practical.
For distributors and cleaning service companies, that’s a single fleet order. For individual end users, it’s worth consolidating with a partner or waiting until you need replacements anyway.
3. What It Fits — The Brush System
