What Makes Flocking Different

Three brush-making processes exist for roller brushes — flocking, spiral winding, and sheet pressing. Flocking produces the densest, softest brush face.

That matters when the workpiece is sensitive. A flocking brush removes dust and loose particles from PCB boards, film, fabric, and sheet material without scratching the surface. Wire and abrasive brushes would mark them. The flocking face won’t.
