Why Horizontal

Wall-mounted brushes reach the sides. A horizontal brush hangs where the cow walks under it, covering the head, topline, and tail in one pass — the spots cows can’t reach against a wall or fence.

Cows will cross barriers to reach a good scratching surface. Give them one in the middle of the pen and grooming becomes a herd-wide habit, not a queue at one wall.

Aluminum Swing Mount — Lighter, Easier to Install

Steel brackets are heavy and need strong anchor points. The Latitudinal model uses an aluminum alloy suspension structure — significantly lighter than steel, with a simple design that installs faster and needs a less demanding mounting point.

Safe-Touch DC 48V

The system runs on a DC 48V motor, below the 60V DC safe-touch threshold defined by IEC 60364. A built-in wide-band converter accepts 100V–240V AC input, so dairy farms in any country plug in and run — no regional transformer, no rewiring.

Sensor Start / Auto Stop
