Why Go Unpowered

Not every farm needs motors. Pasture-based systems, dry lots, and remote paddocks often have no reliable power supply. Running cabling to a single brush can cost more than the brush itself.

A rubbing post needs zero energy. It works 24/7, never overheats, and has no motor to burn out. Cows scratch on instinct — the post just needs to be there.

Three Parts, Ten Minutes

Assembly is three components:

• Vertical pillar (1,500 mm)
• Brush body (600 mm)
• Two fixing rings

Place the pillar on stable ground, set the brush at the right height, lock the rings at both ends. Done. No concrete pour required for standard mounting, no electrician, no special tools.

One Pillar, Two Heights

The 1,500 mm pillar is taller than the 600 mm brush body. That means you can mount two brush bodies on one pillar — one low for calves, one high for mature cows. A single post serves both age groups without a second installation.

It Protects the Barn Too

Cows are strongly motivated to scratch. Without a brush, they scratch walls, fences, and equipment. Rubbing posts redirect that behavior to a surface designed for it. Farmers using them report less wall and fence damage — fewer unexpected repair bills, on top of zero power costs.
