A welded spiral strip roller brush is a cylindrical brush built from spirally wound double-band strip brush segments that are welded internally into light, solid modules. The Zhenda version is designed around one idea: when a section wears out, you replace that module on site — not the whole shaft.
A full-length roller brush wears unevenly. The middle goes first, the ends last. With a one-piece brush, a 20% worn section means replacing the entire roller — shipping the whole shaft back to the factory, losing days of production.
The required roller length is divided into equal, easy-to-handle modules. Each module interlocks with the next to form a seamless brush face.

Both are strip-based roller brushes. The difference is how they’re built and maintained:
Welded modules: segments are welded individually, then interlocked. You can replace one worn section without touching the rest.
Continuous winding: one continuous strip spirals around the core. Smoother face, but the whole brush is replaced when any section wears.
If your line runs one brush hard in one zone, welded modules save you money every single time that zone wears.
